Hey, I'm at Saffron city and my highest pokemon is level 62 (Charizard) I want to level up the rest of my team too, the closest one to him is my Nidoking which is 46, any ideas of where to train them?

Get surf and go to floor b4f of Seafoam Cave. There are lots of Golbats, Dewgongs and Psyducks there which give a much higher xp yield than pretty much anything else.
