I suggest you replace Hydro pump and Aqua tail as they can be unreliable and redundant types. Or you can retain aqua tail of your blastiose has decent atk too for max STAB physical damage. It's just three water type moves in a single poke re too redundant for me. same thoughts with blastoise replace dragon rage and inferno is too unreliable just for a burn effect. decent, but i prefer icy wind than thunderbolt for more type coverage. You skipped poison jab form nidorino, try replacing these two :) What should I replace the last 2 with?

Where in the safari? And is it by surfing or fishing? (I only have a good rod at the moment) Safari is at Kanto region. You can open map right side near clock. You need to pay 5.000 for 20 minutes . For dratini i guess is better super rod.
