Can log onto this site but not into the game itself

I just got my husband to download the new game for me as I haven't played in some time.. I have tried to log into the game itself but tells me invalid username/password... yet I can log into here? Trying to get onto the gold server, would like to not lose whatever I used to have in the game if I could.. Any advice on how to go about this?

My apologies for the inconvenience, welcome back to the game!

 

As you might have realized, the Red, Blue and Yellow servers are no longer there and were replaced with the Gold and Silver ones. You will need to merge the data from your character from the blue server (that's where you used to play) using the dashboard and reset your password afterwards (you can also do it on the dashboard and keep the same one you had before). Do note that symbols and special characters in your password could cause an error prompt. The character you had on Silver will be the one you had on blue and if you'd like to start a new adventure you will always be able to use the Gold server.
