Hello @Prodigy,

 

Is it possible your Skarmory is faster than the Conkeldurr and you're using Roost? By using Roost, Skarmory loses its Flying type so it's only Steel, being weak to Fighting. It is also possible the first Drain Punch is before Flame Orb being active, which the following hits will do 50% more damage if Conkeldurr has Guts. If you have any evidence (battle log screenshot or video), that showcases how the move is bugged, we would highly appreciate it.
