For now if you keep experiencing it you can try to use a VPN (This is a free one among multiple options) or try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write : "connect 92.119.158.4 801" (92.119.158.4 800 for Silver) and then press the enter key. Be sure to always check in the PRO discord as well since it could be possible that a server or both servers crashed or were in a planned maintenance.
