Description and Message

When I registered to this game I went under my usual username of Gensou.

Sadly I wasn't getting the verification email.

I heard alot of other people had this problem too and they said the way to fix this was to sign up with gmail.

I signed up under the name of Gensouu because my name Gensou was taken.

Do I have to spend money for a name I would of had the first time?

Cheers.

Unfortunately, you're not able to name-change in any way, shape or form. Though be sure to check your spam folder etc in the email with your original account, on the off-chance you might get lucky and may arrive late or such. I've also heard reports that checking spam on desktop rather than mobile has warranted results. Hope this helps!

Thanks for trying to help. o/

Sadly didn't help.

I'm very particular about my name and its off-putting every time an npc calls me "Gensouu" instead of "Gensou"

I don't think I'll come back as I only have 2 emails.
