I figured I forgot my username so I got someone to tell me what account name is linked to my email. When I try to reset the password to the account it says the account doesn't exist. For the sake of being organized and to avoid confusion we rarely have two staff members handling the same post. It's not necessary to send a private message to every staff member online since one is already handling your case and each role has different tasks, furthermore we do not provide private support in private messages. Please try to understand that staff are volunteers and are not always available, we do this on our free time. You may write "bump" as a new message if you do not get a response after 24 hours.
