Hi, today I entered ranked pvp and I am 100% sure that I pressed ready (the button was green), but the timer kept going and then it said that the match  was wasted from my inactivity and I  lost 18 ratings.

 

I'm pretty sure this is a bug, but is there a way for me to get the ratings back?
