I did all the manaphy quest but i still got these guys on map...

My apologies for the delay. After you complete the Eumi Island Access, you're blocked off from the Ghost Ship as it has no more use for you in the future.

If you completed the Manaphy Quest, you should be able to catch Manaphy in the Temple 🙂
