Hey guys, I was just wondering where I can find and catch a dratini, I'm also a member so if it is in a specific area only for members I will be able to access it. Thanks!

Where in the safari? And is it by surfing or fishing? (I only have a good rod at the moment)

Safari is at Kanto region. You can open map right side near clock. You need to pay 5.000 for 20 minutes . For dratini i guess is better super rod. There is member area(donators) where you can catch dratini at morning time (4:00-10:00) by surfing. :)
