Description and Message

After downloading and extracting, I am unable to launch the client on a Macbook Pro. Simply says 'The application "PROMac94_1" can't be opened.'

Unless the link for the Mac client is outdated, or incorrect, I don't think so.

I dont know how to help You..

Client for Mac may be outdatet or there is some kind of issue but Im not sure. Sorry

Are you making sure that Files and the .exe are located in the same place? Same folder, etc? That may be your problem.

The application hasn't had the opportunity to download the additional files, it hasnt't gotten that far yet. The .dmg from the zip file simply won't launch.
