Smeargle 6-10m ish. +Spd nature is nice for PvP but Moody has a chance to be banned once it's coded. Regardless it still can be used as a slave poke once/if that happens.

Taillow 500k-1m2 range. Nice 31 Spd although best nature is Jolly, so Ada is the 2nd best nature for Guts abi.

Abra is neither pvp-able nor sync poke so i'd say less than 500k. 

You can always start an auction on forum for Smeargle and Taillow if you are in doubt.
