The forum post said that the auction starts after first offer, and at first he wrote the ending time was 6:08AM GMT, and I bid according to that. Apparently he sent the message on forums around 7 minutes late and now he says that the starting time is taken as that. I looked at the trade rules and couldn't find anything about this situation. We can confirm the time because of it and that is the moment Qutlu started the auction, activating the timer. Please report a thread next time if there is any confusion.
