At one point in PRO's history, the daycare was open and offered a creative approach to daycaring Pokemon. This feature, however, was ahead of its time and has since been put on the backburner for the foreseeable future.

The fact daycare is not function like console one.

Daycare in this game running as egg move learner which only unlocked after you beat Naero Boss on cerulean cave.

Also we won't apply any function to breeding since this is MMO and the breeding is lethal exploit to spam rare pokemons.
