after obtaining [Mega blaziken]

 

Spiritomb brought me back to the cursed keystone cave but this time I don't have my pokemon anymore

I'm stuck and have no idea how to get out of it, or get my Pokemon back, if anyone has any idea.

Could you try speaking to the Mantine NPC and see if he gives your pokemon back?
