Start time: Once first bid comes in

Ending time: 24 hours after first bid

Buyout Price: 4 million poke dollars

Minimum bidding increments: 100k poke dollars

Additional details: If a bid is placed within the final 15 minutes, an additional 15 minutes will be added onto the ending time.
