clarify forum sections

hello.

i have been getting multiple notifications about people wanting to buy poke in the shiny pokemon section on the forum since yesterday.

this is probably due to it not being clear whether people wanting to buy shinies should go to buy section or shiny section.

please make an appropriate description that makes it clear as getting pinged for something you dont follow is annoying.

another solution could be adding a single new "buy shiny poke" section.
