I went out on foot from Mt. Moon

I tried to restart , to use the mount , but nothing

Description and Message

My character is stuck at the exit of Mt. Moon. Everything works except the movement.

 

First I'd try pressing alt + enter.

 

If that doesn't work... log off, close your client completely, and then start the game again. This should fix your problem.
