It is unfortunate and inconvenient that you have to take a loss but I have considered that the false offer was dismissed very few minutes after you've received it. And in the last hours you haven't received further offers, so it's fair that the only bidder you've got is the winner. Can assure you that the one responsible will be punished for his actions and the inconvenience caused. Will be locking the thread as it's served its purpose and there's no further action to take.
