Game breaking glitch,active from a month or so ago

I am a fellow player from silver server,(Ign :- Yug00007)

I wanted to let you (the mods) know about a bug/glitch which potentially breaks game and hinders user experience,to be straight to the point,it makes all interactions with players impossible while also makes game unable to load map data,screen appears black,no map name,game crashes on opening bag/map, you can click on PvP option and start matchmaking and even face opponents but it crashes as soon as battle starts,you can't trade but you can chat with players and even type in global chat channels  (ex :-trade chat,guild chat and all chat)I doesn't goes away by logging in and out,neither resync option,nor redownloading game.It just makes all my progress go to waste.It not only happens to me but also to many other users(one of them is my guildmate/friend).it is unaffected by WiFi/mobile data or device specs as it seems from my personal testing which I did over span of a month, (Discord IGN :- Yug00007 #1047 ) 

I am also missing on all events and that sucks cause I have free time but can't play due to this glitch.

Thank you for reporting this bug. Our developers are aware of it and we're working on fixing it.

If possible, could you try playing on a Wifi connection, or if you use mobile data, could you use a VPN when you try to play with data and answer back if your issue was resolved?

Don't post the results here as it contains personal information. However, check if your device is IPv4 supported.

You can also try using a VPN while being on Wifi/Mobile Data.
