Deconnexion and Bug to learn an attack

Hello,

Yesterday, i leveled UP my butterfree at the level 17 and the game proposed me to learn the attack psybeam. However, i have been disconnected from the silver server at this moment. At my return, the game didn't propose me to learn this attack. I tried to level UP in ordre to see if i can solve the problem. But nothing happened.
How Can i do ? Is it possible to have an  ils save before that my butterfree level UP at the level 17 ? I play on Android.

My apologies for the inconvenience. This is a known issue caused by disconnecting at the same moment you attempt to learn a new move.

You should be able to learn Psybeam if you talk to the Move Relearner NPC that is found in all four regions. He can be found in:
Kanto: Cerulean and Saffron
Johto: Goldenrod and Blackthorn
Hoenn: Slateport and Sootopolis
Sinnoh: Hearthome and Snowpoint.
