Min bid/raise usually refers to the increment you're accepting offers after it starts. You have to specify the value in Pokedollars for which you are accepting Coin Capsules and Reroll Tickets. You've created the thread in the wrong sub-forum. Non-regular Pokemon can only be sold in the Shiny and Special sub-forum. I've moved it to the right place.
