My apologies for the inconvenience. This issue is currently known. Could you try using the command; /ginvite name 

As an example:

/ginvite newbieplayer123

    @taskinerGlad to know your issue was resolved 🙂 you can also use the following commands if you still encounter similar issues:

    /gpromote name - This will allow you to promote an online member from Initiate to Member. If you are the Guild Leader, you will also be able to promote them to Officer.
    /gdemote name - This will allow you to demote an online member from Member to Initiate. If you are the Guild Leader, you will also be able to demote Officers.
    /ginvite name - This will allow you to invite a member to your guild.
    /gkick name - This will allow you to remove a member from your guild.
    /gleader - This will allow you to transfer leadership onto another guild member.
