At the moment there is no tutor to learn air cutter to any pokemon and it is the only way to learn it to Honchkrow.

Thus, is it possible to add one? :PiplupCry:

+1 for this, it's not just for mixed/special Honchkrow, but also, Special-based Drifblim and Special-based non-Mega Salamence also only have Air Cutter as their best Flying-type Special STAB that's not Hidden Power, and all three of them only learn Air Cutter through Move Tutor.
