@mrcharles15 In alignment with the revamped Trade Rules, the thread creator is now responsible for transferring and meeting the winner. The buyer can agree to transfer if he so wishes but it's not mandatory. Therefore, that sentence of your post has been deleted as it's not a requirement for bidders to transfer.
