Hello,

 

Ive been trying to play the game for a few days now but never managed to get past the log in screen. I tried logging in at different times, all ending with the same result. The game window freezes/stops responding after I hit the log in button and says that it cannot connect. That is for both Red and Blue servers.

I attempted to reinstall the game, but upon redownloading and relaunching the game, my log in ID and PW are still already typed in (not sure if that would help or not but I found that weird).

As a final test I tried to type in a wrong password for my ID, and I did not get a notification regarding that, the client just said it couldnt connect to the game.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

This most likely is due to bandwidth issues. At weekends the server is full of people and people who try to connect. The only way is to keep trying to log in.
