Take a look over this post: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=19893

and make sure you've gone through every step. (Especially checking your junk/spam folders)

 

Also, when did you create the account? Was it today?

 

If it was a few days ago, just try to login. There was an error in our system a few days ago that was recently fixed.

 

As a last resort, try making a Gmail account.

123623 account was created Yesterday around 5pm

 

and i checked my email twice and never received got them

 

So i did create one with Gmail and it worked instantly.

 

Checked the Link you posted before also last night

 

I'll pass this along. Not sure why Comcast would be the issue.
