Hello, what happened to the outbreakes that have not come out for a long time and when they do come out they take longer to appear again, I saw a lot of potential for them because it is an opportunity to capture Pokémon that come out in a different region than the one you are at that time I mean new people imagine you want to catch a Nincada that only appears on route 116

 You would have to wait to get to the Hoenn region or pay an amount of money in the good trade because the outbreakes would help those difficult to hunt Pokémon to appear in a different place and that perhaps at that point in the story the new ones and the not new can go for them
