Hi, I am currently on the SS Anne and the Blissey is not where she is supposed to be (I checked online and asked a friend about its location.) I have done EVERYTHING in order and as requested, the only thing I might have done that shouldn't have is I went to the captain first before talking to Blissey and I didn't have the potion in hand. I did all the trash cans, talked to the doctor, talked to the guy who makes potion, and the ballroom is missing Blissey. I checked various other threads online, tried their fixes, relogged in many times, nothing has made Blissey appear. Is there anything I can do or can you fix this?

Did you battle all the trainers including your rival?

Yes, I talked to every trainer and battled everyone. The guy keeps telling me it takes time to make the potion and to go explore the ballroom and nothing ever changes.

Is this still an issue?

 

If so, try this:

1. Make sure you have a Pecha berry in your inventory. (There is a Pecha Berry in the middle trashcan of the kitchen)

2. Go back to the kitchen and speak with the Doctor. Tell him that you want to help the captain.

3. Go to the pharmacist on the 2nd floor of the SS Anne and speak with him.

4. Go to the ballroom and you'll find Blissey along the left-hand side of the map.

 

MOST of the time the problem is either that you didn't have a Pecha berry, or that you didn't ask the Doctor what you could do to help.
