Budew doesn't evolve

Hi there!

So, it was day time (about 19).

I checked Budew's happiness: 255.

I leveled it: no evolving.

But it was rainning and I thought it could prevent it, so I leveled it up once again with sunny weather: still no evolving.

So, I guess it's a bug. Or did I miss something else?

Maybe from the new update, my budew already elvoved since weeks.

Day time for evolutions is from 8-18 and for night it's 18-08. No bug here.
