We cannot account for a player's fault when doing a quest and choosing the wrong path. Furthermore, resetting the quest just in order to make it easier for a specific player would be unfair to other players and would be seen as favoritism. I would recommend trying to look for some youtube guides or lend from other players to help you finish the quest. Thank you for your understanding.
