1) Does synchronize work out of combat?

2) I've been training in Mt.Silver at level 50ish pokemon. Is this the fastest way to train or is there a better spot.

3) The experience needed from 1-96 is meh, but from 97-100 its a huge spike. Am I crazy or does it feel this way for everyone?

4) Is all competitive battling tierless? Can I go train all the ubers/OU that I want and still be legal?

5) Are the various "Power" items going to be added for EV training?

6) There are various items not in the game that change the metagame for PVP. I would assume that to keep the MMO feel of the game these items will be slowly added as developers add new regions and such. Am I right in this assumption?
