I cant do kyurem quest.when i was gonna fight reshiram hes not there where he should be,maybe the game thinks i finished the quest cuz i did this quest in chirstmas event but i stoped midway.any sulotions?

It's always difficult to continue an ongoing quest after a long absence. At first sight, you are not blocked because of a bug in the quest but you just don't know what is the next step. I still cant do the quest after following the guide u recommend.maybe its a major bug, i follow all the requirements and steps but reshiram and zekrom is not showing up even i go to youtube or someone guiding me ingame, reshiram and zekrom is still not showing up.
