Tried to open the app multiple times, searched for a fix but couldnt find one on my own.

 

when i try to open the app, a pop up screen appears that says "There should be 'PRO64_94_Data'

folder next to the executable" even though there is a folder by that name in my PRO folder. please help

When i look in my folder, there is only 1 file "PRO64_94" and 1 folder "PRO64_94_Data". The other files should be in PRO64_94_Data. Perhaps, cut and paste the files in there.

That seems to have worked, but all I have now is a black screen... Seems to be stuck here

i give up, it seems I'm destined to never play this game :(

Completely delete the PRO folders and than redownload it.

Black screens often happen due to windows 10 beeing not compatible with direct x versions, you might try this guide: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14738
