I'm playing on silver server, my ign is Kiopzx. Just recently I did a trade with a player which ign is Noadkoko, unfortunately we successfully traded an unlocked Gyarados for me, I want to give him back this Gyarados. Is there any way I can return to him?

The Gyarados has been returned as you both have been notified about ingame. In the future please make sure to read the warning that pops up when you make a trade, if you can not use a Pokémon of a certain region yet it will warn you before you accept. If it does happen again please use the region locked thread as well, that is the correct place for a request like this.
