Just recently I did a trade with a player which ign is Noadkoko, unfortunately we successfully traded an unlocked Gyarados for me, I want to give him back this Gyarados. In the future please make sure to read the warning that pops up when you make a trade, if you can not use a Pokémon of a certain region yet it will warn you before you accept.
