Enter the dashboard through the main webpage of PRO, and merge your account. Then you'll be able to access it.

 it works  thanks, but seems that i am banned,  that was 4 year ago,  there is anything  that i can do to recover the acc?

Try to go to "Discipline Appeals" section in the forums, there you will be able to try to recover your account.
