hi, i cant get through the door

i beat this trainer and told me to come back later so, but when i go to the door is impossible to get through it 

im stuck now 😕

Thank you for the report. By reviewing their code, we've noticed a large design flaw in that if the player loses against the Petalburg Gym trainers, they would not open the doors and would no longer be challengeable for a week, leaving the player stuck for this long period. As such, we decided to change them to the Reworked trainer functionality, so players can challenge them again after losing.

 

That said, you said you did not lose, and seeing you have some level 100 Pokemons in your team, we also believe it to be a very unlikely scenario. We verified your variables, and the door should also be opened, so we're a little clueless on why you are unable to pass through. As such, we'd like you to try the following:

 

1. Try leaving and reentering the Gym.

2. Try closing and reopening the game client.

3. Try challenging that trainer again. The change we applied should have reset his cooldown.

 

Let us know if you were able to go through the door!
