Bought the MS Medalion in game (Blue Server) for the first time about 3 hours ago but i still dont have it on my account/trainer card. Am I missing something or Is there something else I need to do to activate it?

When you but the medallion in the store, the medallion becomes an item in your bag. You need to "use" the item in your bag to apply the membership.
