My Rose (face cosmetic item) disappear since you split Hat and Face item on 15 February 2021 (5 Month Ago) 😞

thanks, my Rose are back on Gold server, but now im in Silver (tranfers like 2 month ago).

can you move my Rose to Silver?

Yeah I will move it, I think there was a confusion because you moved servers twice that period so I had added the tophat on silver and rose on gold. Sorry for the inconvenience. Should be fixed now, can you confirm it please?
