H1stor1c Posted March 22, 2016 Share Posted March 22, 2016 Whenever I try to talk to an NPC after a while or an event, the text screen does not pop up and I am not able to move. Logging off does fix this issue (until it happens again), but I have a strong feeling that logging off is not the solution that the devs are looking for/making.
