I paid money for learning egg move. But i couldnt learn move and my money was disappeared. I finally learned move by trying again. But i spent money twice. I just want to refund my money. I add screean shot.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we have already checked it and the NPC is working fine. The situation might happen when you accidentally declined the move when learning it. Money is deducted before the move window pops up, which mean if you clicked decline, your money will not be refund.
