I would never use a Jolly Scizor, it's just not worth it. The second one is far better for Scizor, I would personally keep the first one as a Scyther and use it when Eviolite is fixed.

I just googled what eviolite do and :D: it gives 50% def and sdef to pokemon that can evolve.

Haha np man, Scyther is surprisingly bulky with Eviolite, even though it has a lot of weaknesses, it is still a very nice support poke. With Swords Dance, Baton Pass, defog etc. Or you can run it as a sweeper if you want, but that's what Scizor's job is for.
