A command to report players in game.

Hello, i would like to suggest adding an in game command (with the inspect, battle, trade.... Etc whenever you right click on the name of the player) this gonna be much ezier and faster than reporting on forums and then forcing everything back.... Moreover it is way good in the cases of someone **** a lot and swearing.... So the case can be handled fast in game.

a report option ingame is a good idea, but i think this required mods tuned 24h. I don't know how to do but is a nice idea. +1
