HM04 Strength is not currently in the game. You do not need to move boulders in PRO.

 

HM02 Fly is currently in the game, and you have to complete this quest: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=89&t=6146 to obtain it. Fly does NOT work outside of battle.
