I logged in my account and it says. Make a new character but my progress isn't there what's happened to my account ??? I was in jhoto region before and I come back it takes me to the beginning of the game What have you already tried to solve the problem? I exited out and re logged in and it still has me as a new account when this account was created months ago what's happening ??
