What have you done before the problem was there?

I caught a really good gastly and was waiting for someone to sell it to. My screen got kind of dark over like I was in a battle so I relogged to unglitch it. As I logged back in I was in pokecenter, and then it kicked me off again. I tried to relog and it said cannot connect to server. Then it went into queue and logged me in. Within 2 minutes I was kicked off again. Now every time I encounter a pokemon that shadow appears but no pokemon and I have to log out and in..

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?
