I can't go to trainer valley

Hello sir I want to know why can't I go to trainer valley I know I lost that battle with red in Mt sliver but just one time I lost and the red don't come back again so I can't go to trainer valley please do something please sir please

Additionally to having fought Red, you need the Caught data of 120 pokemon out of the 151 in the First Generation Pokedex. For example, you need to catch as many as possible in the Pokedex numbers from 1 to 151. You can talk to Professor Oak or check your Pokedex to see your progress.

 

Furthermore, you need 38 Evolved Data in your Pokedex, which is displayed at the bottom of the Pokedex Page. 

 

After you complete these requirements, you'll be able to access Trainer's Valley
