Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to deevolve a pokemon as we do not have the tools to do so. There is nothing we can do to assist you further in this case. You can still obtain a Shedinja the next time you evolve a Nincada with atleast an empty slot in your party and a Pokeball in your bag.
