What have you done before the problem was there?

I have this problem since the first time I played it, on my Windows 10, the game just crashes randomly, sometimes the game holds for like 30 minutes and other times just holds for 2 minutes, and it's kinda hard to train pokémons will crashing and waiting on the queue.

On my laptop with windows 7 the game never crashes.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I saw a post made by an administrator talking about crashes on Windows 10 talking about forcing DirectX to 9, I tried it but I keep crashing every once a while.

I hope you guys can help me. I really like this game, and I'm thinking on a donation for you guys, but if I can't play decently, I will have to abandon this game with sadness.

I'm playing for like 40 minutes, and not a single crash yet, but I followed the reply of Djoux: "Do : CTRL ALT DELETE, go there, go in task manager tyen "details", select PRO64 or PRO32, right click, set affinities, tick UC 0 only. You must redo this every time you launch the game because the settings don't save.

 

I can play 10H straight without having a single crash thanks to that. None of the other methods worked so try it out"

 

The steps written by the admin didn't workout, that was the first thing that I tried by myself. If I can reach 3 hours without crash I report again ;)

Since I will need to leave, 1h30 of gameplay without a single crash, the reply of Djoux really helped me, and I think the problem is solved for me :)
